Provides that it is a petty offense with a $1,000 fine for a person who repairs or services a computer to fail to report to a peace officer that child pornography was located on a computer the person repaired or serviced. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 720 ILCS 5/11-20.1A from Ch. 38, par. 11-20.1A 720 ILCS 5/26-4 from Ch. 38, par. 26-4 730 ILCS 150/2 from Ch. 38, par. 222 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides for the forfeiture of a computer that contains child pornography. Provides that it is unlawful for any person to disseminate on the Internet any images of another person in a restroom without that other person's consent. Provides that the penalty is a Class A misdemeanor. Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Includes in the definition of "sexual predator" subject to the registration provisions of the Act a person who has been charged with the dissemination of child pornography on the Internet or who has been charged with indecent solicitation of a child by means of the Internet notwithstanding that charges for any of those offenses were dismissed or the defendant was convicted of a lesser included offense.
