Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) HB 3378 would increase the annual costs of the Chicago Police Pension Fund by an amount that cannot be determined, as the number of disabled officers who would be able to receive full disability benefits as a result of its passage is unknown.
