PEN CD-IMRF-EARLY RETMT-ELECTD                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)  Article  of      
   the Illinois Pension Code. In the provisions restricting the return to      
   employment  after  receiving  early  retirement   benefits,   excludes      
   elective office.  Effective immediately.                                    
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          HB 2734 would probably have little or no fiscal impact.
