INC TX-PROP TAX REFUND CHECK                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the Department       
   of Revenue must issue a refund check to each taxpayer allowed the           
   residential real property tax credit for the taxable year. Provides         
   that the refund is equal to 5% of the real property taxes paid by the       
   taxpayer in the taxable year to a unit, elementary, or high school          
   district. Effective immediately.
