CRIMINAL LAW-TECHNICAL                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 to make a  technical  correction      
   to  the  Section  concerned with involuntary manslaughter and reckless      
   homicide of an unborn child.  Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of      
   1963 to make a technical correction to the Section concerned with  the      
   use  of  statements  made  by  a  defendant  during  an examination or      
   treatment.
