MASSAGE LICENSING ACT                                                      

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Massage Licensing Act.   Regulates  the  practice  of      
   massage therapy through licensure requirements.  Amends the Regulatory      
   Sunset Act to repeal the new Act on January 1, 2010.
