Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief  and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act.  Changes the pharmaceutical      
   assistance coverage to  include  veterans  who  meet  the  income  and      
   domicile   guidelines  and  all  persons  domiciled  in  Illinois  for      
   prescription drugs to treat Alzheimer's disease,  asthma,  Parkinson's      
   disease, or cancer.
