Provides prescriptive authority for clinical psychologists who are certified by the Illinois Clinical Psychologist Licensing and Disciplinary Board to prescribe and dispense drugs and medicine. Amends the Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act, the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987, and the Illinois Controlled Substances Act to include provisions for the prescriptive authority of psychologists.
