Provides for the decertification of police officers convicted of felonies and certain misdemeanors. CORRECTIONAL NOTE (Department of Corrections) HB1365 would have minimal fiscal or prison population impact. FISCAL NOTE (Illinois State Police) There will be no fiscal impact on the Ill. State Police. FISCAL NOTE (Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board) Costs would be minimal and could be funded within the Board's proposed FY2000 budget.
