Provides that if the term of an executive branch appointee expires before a successor is appointed and qualifies, then the current appointee holds the office until a successor is appointed and qualifies. Defines executive branch appointee. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Office of the Governor) There will be no fiscal impact on the Governor's Office.
