Short description: 
UNEMP INS-AVERAGE WEEKLY WAGE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unemployment Insurance  Act.   Makes  changes  in  the      
   amount  of  remuneration  to  be  included  as "wages" for purposes of      
   specified provisions of the Act in 2000 and 2004. Makes changes in the      
   amount of  the  statewide  average  weekly  wage  in  2000  and  2004.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Eliminates all substantive changes in the bill.  Makes  stylistic      
   changes.
