Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Makes a grammatical change  in      
   the  subsection  of  the  first  degree murder statute that relates to      
   aggravating and mitigating factors that are relevant to the imposition      
   of the death penalty.
