CRIM CD-THREATEN OFFICIAL                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Provides that the  offense  of      
   threatening  a  public official includes conveying the threat by radio      
   or computer.

          Corrections population and fiscal impacts would be minimal.
