Senate Sponsors: KLEMM Short description: SCH INFRASTRCTRE FND-TRANSFERS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the State Finance Act in the Section creating the School Infrastructure Fund. Provides that surplus money in the Fund shall first be used to make 3 transfers to the School Technology Revolving Loan Fund (now, the moneys are used to make payments, subject to appropriation, to the School Technology Revolving Loan Fund).
