PESTICIDE ACT-REPORTS                                                      

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act.  Provides  that  all  licensed      
   pesticide  applicators  must  report annually the types and amounts of      
   pesticides and herbicides applied  to  cropland.   Provides  that  the      
   Department  of  Agriculture shall annually compile a report containing      
   the  types  and  amounts  of  pesticides  and  herbicides  applied  to      
   cropland.
