Provides that the prosecution of any of these offenses if the victim is under 18 years of age may be commenced within 10 years after the commission of the offense (now, prosecution of any of these offenses must be commenced within one year of the victim attaining the age of 18 years or within 3 years after the commission of the offense, whichever expires later). Provides that a person convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child committed against 2 or more persons shall be sentenced to a term of natural life imprisonment. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person convicted of a second or subsequent offense for criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, or felony criminal sexual abuse when the victim is under 18 years and a natural life sentence is not imposed shall serve his or her first 2 years of mandatory supervised release in an electronic home detention program and shall receive 2 additional years of mandatory supervised release.
