   40 ILCS 5/18-112          from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 18-112                     

        Amends the Illinois Pension Code.  Allows an  active  or  retired      
   judge  to  transfer  up to 3 years of service credit from the Illinois      
   Municipal Retirement Fund to the Judges Retirement System.   Effective      
   immediately.

          Fiscal impact cannot be determined, but is estimated to be           
          minor.
