PARKER. 210 ILCS 50/3.51 new Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act. Provides that, beginning January 1, 2000, all initial applicants and, beginning July 1, 2000, all applicants for renewal shall submit to a fingerprint-based criminal history record check conducted by the Department of State Police.
