CRONIN-FAWELL. (ACEVEDO-LOPEZ-LINDNER-BRADLEY-GILES) 730 ILCS 5/5-5-3.2 from Ch. 38, par. 1005-5-3.2 Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the court may impose an extended term sentence upon an offender convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child in which the aggravating factors specified in the predatory criminal sexual assault of a child statute for the imposition of the 50 to 60 year sentence are not pre- sent.
