Prohibits a person from establishing, maintaining, or operating an Internet site in Illinois that permits a person to play a game of chance or skill for money or other thing of value by means of the Internet. Also prohibits a person from making a wager on the results of a game, contest, or a political nomination, election, or appointment by means of the Internet.
