SAVIANO-MCAULIFFE.

(CRONIN)

   625 ILCS 5/6-204          from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-204                       

        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, when a person is      
   convicted of a felony in the commission of which a motor  vehicle  was      
   used,  the  State's Attorney (instead of the clerk of the court) shall      
   forward information of the  conviction,  along  with  all  information      
   concerning  the  driver's  licenses  or  permits  held  by  the person      
   convicted, to the Secretary of State for revocation  of  the  person's      
   licenses or permits.
