DAVIS,MONIQUE. 735 ILCS 5/9-110 from Ch. 110, par. 9-110 Amends the "Forcible Entry and Detainer" Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that if the premises involved in an action under the Article is a residence rented to the defendant by the plaintiff, and if the court grants judgment for possession of the whole of the premises to the plaintiff, the court may not grant the defendant more than 15 days to quit the premises unless both parties agree to a different arrangement. Applies only to actions commenced on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act. FISCAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Ill.
