1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Kenneth G. Herbeck, who passed away on June 10, 2000; and
5 WHEREAS, Kenneth G. Herbeck was born on March 8, 1921 in
6 Staunton to William and Emma Herbeck; and
7 WHEREAS, Kenneth G. Herbeck was a plumber with Plumbers
8 Local 553 in Wood River for 50 years; and
9 WHEREAS, Kenneth G. Herbeck served as a corporal in the
10 United States Marine Corps during World War II; and
11 WHEREAS, Kenneth G. Herbeck was a member of Zion Lutheran
12 Church in Staunton; and
13 WHEREAS, The passing of Kenneth G. Herbeck will be
14 deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his
15 loving wife of 57 years, Louise; his three sons, Glen, Gary
16 and Greg; his daughters-in-law, Sandal, Carolyn and Marilyn;
17 and his 4 grandchildren; therefore, be it
18 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
19 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
20 all who knew him, the death of Kenneth G. Herbeck of
21 Staunton, Illinois; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to the family of Kenneth G. Herbeck.
