1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Michael A. Bourlard of Springfield, Illinois, who recently
5 passed away; and
6 WHEREAS, Michael Bourlard was born in Taylorville,
7 Illinois on May 27, 1957; his parents were Arthur L.
8 Bourlard, Jr., and Norma J. Ariana Bourlard; and
9 WHEREAS, Michael Bourlard was a graduate of Kincaid High
10 School and Illinois State University; he was associated with
11 St. Joseph Catholic Church; Mr. Bourlard was Director of
12 Legislative Affairs for the Illinois Department of Human
13 Rights; and
14 WHEREAS, Michael Bourlard is survived by his wife,
15 Annette; his daughter, Ariana; his son, Marc; his mother,
16 Norma; his sister, Terri Selzer; and his brother, David;
17 therefore, be it
18 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
19 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
20 all that knew and loved him, the death of Michael A. Bourlard
21 of Springfield, Illinois; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to the family of Michael Bourlard.
