1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Mary "Cec" Mills, who recently passed away; and
5 WHEREAS, Mary Mills was born on May 24, 1940 in Medora;
6 her parents were Vernon and Ruth Sarginson; and
7 WHEREAS, Mary Mills was a member of the Holy Ghost
8 Catholic Church in Jerseyville; she married Bill Mills on
9 August 25, 1962 in Shipman; and
10 WHEREAS, Mary Mills was a retired teacher from the
11 Southwestern School District; and
12 WHEREAS, Mary Mills will be deeply missed by those that
13 knew her, including her husband, Bill; her daughter and
14 son-in-law, Deborah and John Mansfield; her son and
15 daughter-in-law, Robert and Michelle Mills; her four
16 grandchildren; her sisters, Donna Roland and Bonnie Kunze;
17 and her brothers, Jack Sarginson and Bill Sarginson;
18 therefore, be it
19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
20 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
21 all that knew her, the death of Mary "Cec" Mills of Shipman,
22 Illinois; and be it further
23 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
24 presented to the family of Mary Mills.
