91_SR0426 LRB9114210KBkb 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to 3 extend their sincere condolences to the family and friends of 4 Robert S. Pruett, who recently passed away; and 5 WHEREAS, Robert S. Pruett was born in East Alton, 6 Illinois on September 16, 1930; his parents were the late 7 Floyd and Fern Pruett; and 8 WHEREAS, Robert S. Pruett was a veteran of the United 9 States Navy; he was an employee of Olin Corporation in East 10 Alton for thirty-five years; he was a member of Zion Lutheran 11 Church of Staunton and the Prairietown Volunteer Fire 12 Department; and 13 WHEREAS, On June 14, 1952 he married Estella Henke at St. 14 John's Evangelical Church in Midway; and 15 WHEREAS, Robert S. Pruett is survived by his wife, 16 Estella; his daughters, Deanna (Chuck) Taylor, and Rita 17 (Bill) Watters; his son, Lonnie (Jean) Pruett; his 18 grandchildren, Rob, Lisa, and Amber Taylor, Michael (Liz) 19 Watters, Kimberly (Mark) Bononi, and Nicole and Beth Pruett; 20 and his two sisters, Doris Gagnor and Helen Castelli; 21 therefore, be it 22 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL 23 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 24 all that knew him, the death of Robert S. Pruett of East 25 Alton, Illinois; and be it further 26 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 27 presented to the family of Robert S. Pruett.
