1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Dale R. Feece of Batavia, Illinois, who recently passed
5 away; and
6 WHEREAS, Mr. Feece was born in Aurora, Illinois on August
7 23, 1937; his parents were LeRoy H. and Edith L. Feece; and
8 WHEREAS, Dale Feece was the owner and operator of Feece
9 Oil Company in Batavia; he was a member of the Batavia Loyal
10 Order of the Moose Lodge #682; he was a member of the Batavia
11 Masonic Lodge #404 A.F. & A.M., Tebala Shrine Temple in
12 Rockford, and was an active member of the Batavia Shrine
13 Club; and
14 WHEREAS, Dale Feece is remembered for enjoying his time
15 on the Illinois River, relaxing on his boat; he is also
16 remembered for his kindness and generosity to others; and
17 WHEREAS, The passing of Dale Feece will be felt by all
18 that knew him, especially his loving wife, Coleen; his
19 children, Mike (Carol), Jill, and Troy (Sue); his sister,
20 Darlene (David) Carpenter; and many nieces, nephews, and
21 friends; therefore, be it
22 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
23 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
24 all that knew and loved him, the death of Dale R. Feece of
25 Batavia, Illinois; and be it further
26 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
27 presented to the family of Dale Feece.
