1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 extend their sincere sympathy to the family and friends of
4 Timothy Owen Kane of Aurora, Illinois, who recently passed
5 away; and
6 WHEREAS, Timothy Owen Kane was born in 1947 in Evergreen
7 Park, Illinois; Timothy Owen Kane attended St. Patrick's
8 School in St. Charles, Holy Angels in Aurora, and graduated
9 from Marmion Military Academy; and
10 WHEREAS, Timothy Owen Kane received a Bachelor of Science
11 degree from Regis College in Denver, Colorado; he joined the
12 family business, Owen Kane Ford, upon his graduation from
13 college; at the time of his passing he was employed by Nelson
14 Holmberg Inc. in Naperville; and
15 WHEREAS, The passing of Timothy Owen Kane will be felt by
16 all that knew him, especially his daughter, Kelly Kane; his
17 father, Owen Kane III; his siblings, Sheila (Jim) Vertenten,
18 Patti (Jim) Root, Kathy Kane, Nancy (David) Richards, Molly
19 (Jeff) Roberts, Owen Kane IV, Kevin (Patty) Kane, and Jim
20 (Mary) Kane; his nineteen nieces and nephews; his
21 great-nieces and great-nephews; and his adopted son, Eric
22 Kane; therefore, be it
23 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
24 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
25 all that knew him, the death of Timothy Owen Kane of Aurora,
26 Illinois; and be it further
27 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
28 presented to the family of Timothy Owen Kane.
