1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere sympathies to the family of Wilma
4 Corinne "Cody" Frech, who passed away April 6, 1999; and
5 WHEREAS, Wilma Frech was born in Wrights, Illinois on
6 March 3, 1923; her parents were Andrew Jackson and Marie
7 Blades Wright; she married Jake Frech in Carrollton in 1945;
8 and
9 WHEREAS, She graduated from Carrollton High School in
10 1940; from 1973 to 1977 she served as house manager for the
11 Pi Beta Phi sorority at DePauw University; from 1977 to 1991
12 she served as dormitory director for Illinois College; and
13 WHEREAS, Wilma Frech is survived by her daughter, Jane
14 Grounds; her son, Mark, and her daughter-in-law, Jane; her
15 four grandchildren; her great-grandchild; her sister, LaDoris
16 Woods; and her brother, Richard C. Wright; therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
19 her family and friends, the death of Wilma Frech; may they
20 find peace in this time of need; and be it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to the family of Wilma Frech.
