1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Evelyn Mossman of Brussels, Illinois, who passed away on
5 February 20, 1999; and
6 WHEREAS, Evelyn Mossman was born in St. Louis on July 15,
7 1917; her parents were Charles L. and Clara Imming Elder; on
8 August 22, 1936 she married Frank W. Mossman in Brussels; and
9 WHEREAS, Evelyn Mossman was a retired school bus driver
10 for the Brussels School District and a homemaker; she was a
11 member of the Brussels Ladies Pinochle Club, the Altar
12 Society, and St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brussels; and
13 WHEREAS, Evelyn Mossman is survived by her husband,
14 Frank; her sons, Duane F. Mossman and Gregory C. Mossman; her
15 daughter, Elaine M. Snyders; eight grandchildren and thirteen
16 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that our thoughts and best
19 wishes go out to the family and friends of Evelyn Mossman in
20 their time of loss; may they find a measure of peace in this
21 time of need; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to the family of Evelyn Mossman.
