1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 74
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Joint Resolution 74 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:
4 "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
5 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF
6 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, That the request made by
7 Medinah SD 11 - DuPage with respect to parent-teacher
8 conferences, identified in the report filed by the State
9 Board of Education as request WM100-1546 is disapproved; and
10 be it further
11 RESOLVED, That the request made by Robein SD 85 -
12 Tazewell with respect to school improvement/inservice
13 training, identified in the report filed by the State Board
14 of Education as request WM100-1621, is disapproved; and be it
15 further
16 RESOLVED, That the request made by North Pekin -
17 Marquette Heights SD 102 - Tazewell with respect to
18 non-resident tuition, identified in the report filed by the
19 State Board of Education as request WM100-1460, is
20 disapproved.".
