1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 69
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Joint Resolution 69 as
3 follows:
4 on page 2, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
5 "Representatives, and one of whom shall be a consumer who is
6 not a member of the Health Facilities Planning Board and who
7 will be appointed jointly by the Co-chairpersons of the Task
8 Force;"; and
9 by replacing line 11 with the following:
10 "RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall include 9
11 non-voting"; and
12 by replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following:
13 "one of whom shall be a representative designated by the
14 Illinois Freestanding Surgery Center Association, one of whom
15 shall be a consumer who is not a member of the Health
16 Facilities Planning Board and who will be appointed jointly
17 by the co-chairpersons of the Task Force, and one"; and
18 by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following:
19 "Board; and be it further".
