Amend Senate Bill 1881, AS AMENDED, 3 in the introductory clause of Section 3, after "Section 7a", 4 by inserting "and adding Section 277"; and 5 in Section 3, after the end of Sec. 7a, by inserting the 6 following: 7 "(70 ILCS 2605/277 new) 8 Sec. 277. District enlarged.
