1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1869
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1869 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Recycled Content Products Study
5 Act."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Recycled Content Products Study Act is
9 amended by changing Sections 15 and 90 as follows:
10 (20 ILCS 4023/15)
11 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2001)
12 Sec. 15. Report. The Task Force shall report its
13 findings and recommendations to the Governor and General
14 Assembly no later than December 31, 2001 July 1, 2000.
