The sum of $120,000, or so much thereof as 19 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 20 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 21 made in Article 27, Section 75 of Public Act 91-20, approved 22 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 23 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 24 to the City of Highwood for ADA compliance to the City Hall. 25 Section 114. The sum of $65,000, or so much thereof as 26 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 27 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 28 made in Article 27, Section 76 of Public Act 91-20, approved 29 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 30 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant -142- BOB-CDB01 1 to the Village of Tovey for infrastructure improvements. 2 Section 115. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as 3 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 4 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 5 made in Article 27, Section 77 of Public Act 91-20, approved 6 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 7 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 8 to the Stepping Stone Recovery Center for parking lot 9 repairs, computer system, furnishings, and equipment. 10 Section 116. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 12 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 13 made in Article 27, Section 78 of Public Act 91-20, approved 14 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 15 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 16 to the Trailway Girl Scouts for construction of training 17 rooms at the new facility. 18 Section 117. The sum of $42,000, or so much thereof as 19 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 20 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 21 made in Article 27, Section 79 of Public Act 91-20, approved 22 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 23 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 24 to the City of Schram for infrastructure improvements. 25 Section 118. The sum of $40,000, or so much thereof as 26 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 27 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 28 made in Article 27, Section 80 of Public Act 91-20, approved 29 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 30 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board to the -143- BOB-CDB01 1 Chicago Public Schools for a grant to West Pullman School for 2 playground equipment. 3 Section 119. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as 4 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 5 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 6 made in Article 27, Section 81 of Public Act 91-20, approved 7 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 8 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 9 to the Harris YWCA for building renovation. 10 Section 120. The sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as 11 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 12 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 13 made in Article 27, Section 82 of Public Act 91-20, approved 14 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 15 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 16 to the Copernius Foundation for a parking lot resurfacing 17 project. 18 Section 121. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as 19 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 20 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 21 made in Article 27, Section 83 of Public Act 91-20, approved 22 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 23 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 24 to Delta Sigma Theta for day care center construction. 25 Section 122. The sum of $535,000, or so much thereof as 26 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 27 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 28 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 84 of Public 29 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 30 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the -144- BOB-CDB01 1 Capital Development Board for a grant to the City of 2 Belleville for the Construction of Westfield Plaza Parkway. 3 Section 123. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof 4 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 5 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 6 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 85 of Public 7 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 8 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the 9 Capital Development Board for a grant to Chicago State 10 University for all costs associated with construction of a 11 Convocation Center. 12 Section 124. The sum of $900,000, or so much thereof as 13 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 14 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 15 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 86 of Public 16 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 17 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the 18 Capital Development Board for costs associated with 19 establishing a campus-wide fire alarm system at Governor's 20 State University. 21 Section 125. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as 22 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 23 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 24 made in Article 27, Section 87 of Public Act 91-20, approved 25 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 26 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board for a grant 27 to National Latinos with Disabilities for capital 28 developments. 29 Section 126. The sum of $870,000, or so much thereof as 30 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of -145- BOB-CDB01 1 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 2 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 88 of Public 3 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 4 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the 5 Capital Development Board for a grant to Southwestern Area 6 College (formerly Belleville Area College) for funding the 7 construction of the Automotive Collision Repair Technology 8 Training Facility. 9 Section 127. The sum of $35,000, or so much thereof as 10 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 11 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 12 made in Article 27, Section 89 of Public Act 91-20, approved 13 June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the Fund for 14 Illinois' Future to the Capital Development Board to fix 15 sidewalks and meet ADA standards in Port Byron. 16 Section 128. The sum of $4,000,000, or so much thereof 17 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 18 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 19 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 90 of Public 20 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 21 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the 22 Capital Development Board for purposes of the demolition of 23 Kennedy-King College in the City of Chicago and for land 24 acquisition, planning, site preparation, engineering and 25 other development costs associated with a replacement. 26 Section 129. The sum of $4,400,000, or so much thereof 27 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 28 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 29 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 91 of Public 30 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 31 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the -146- BOB-CDB01 1 Capital Development Board for a grant to the city of Peoria 2 for all costs associated with the construction of two parking 3 decks. 4 Section 130. The sum of $125,000, or so much thereof as 5 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 6 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 7 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 92 of Public 8 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 9 reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital 10 Development Board for a grant to the Hemingway Foundation for 11 all costs associated with the restoration of the Hemingway 12 Home, in addition to other funds appropriated for such 13 purpose. 14 Section 131. The sum of $950,000, or so much thereof as 15 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 16 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 17 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 93 of Public 18 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 19 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the 20 Capital Development Board for a grant to Kendall County for 21 all costs associated with courthouse renovation, in addition 22 to other funds appropriated for such purpose. 23 Section 132. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof 24 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 25 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore 26 made for such purposes in Article 27, Section 94 of Public 27 Act 91-20, approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is 28 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the 29 Capital Development Board for a grant to the Italian American 30 Sports Hall of Fame for various improvements. -147- BOB-CDB01 1 Section 133. No contract shall be entered into or 2 obligation incurred for any expenditures from appropriations 3 made in this Article until after the purposes and amounts 4 have been approved by the Governor. 5 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 6 July 1, 2000.
