 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1647

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1647 on  page  19,
 3    by inserting below line 14 the following:

 4        "Section 5-80.  Upon the payment of the sum of $76,400 to
 5    the  State  of  Illinois,  and  subject to the conditions set
 6    forth  in  Section  5-100  of  this  Act,  the  Secretary  of
 7    Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed  all
 8    right,  title, and interest in and to the following described
 9    land in Cook County, Illinois, to the Village  of  Schaumburg
10    and the Schaumburg Park District:

11    Parcel No. 0ZZ0882

12        That  part  of  the  West  Half  of the Southeast Quarter
13        (except the East  600.0  feet  thereof)  of  Section  32,
14        Township  41  North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal
15        Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, described as follows:

16        Beginning at the Northwest  corner  of  Lot  21  in  Fenz
17        Acres,  being a subdivision of part of the East 600 feet,
18        measured at right angles with the east line, of the  West
19        Half  of  the  Southeast  Quarter  of  said  Section  32,
20        according  to  the plat thereof recorded July 12, 1948 as
21        document 14355939, said Northwest corner of Lot 21  being

19        seconds West, along the southerly  line  of  said  Parcel
20        2083,  a distance of 18.87 feet; thence North 1 degree 59
21        minutes 56 seconds East 198.59 feet; thence northeasterly
22        302.50 feet on a curve to the right having  a  radius  of
23        5679.89  feet,  the  chord  of  said curve bears North 62
24        degrees 09 minutes 29 seconds East  302.47  feet;  thence
25        North  63  degrees 41 minutes 01 seconds East 439.03 feet
26        to said west line of the East 600.0 feet of the West Half
27        of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32,  said  west  line
28        also  being  the  west line of Lot 22 in said Fenz Acres;
29        thence South 0 degrees 10 minutes 13 seconds East,  along
30        said west line of the East 600.0 feet of the West Half of
31        the  Southeast Quarter of Section 32, a distance of 23.29
32        feet to the point of beginning.

33        Said parcel contains 1.949 acres, more or less.

 1    The  Grantees,   for   themselves,   legal   representatives,
 2    successors  and assigns as a part of the consideration hereof
 3    do hereby covenans and agree that there is no existing  right
 4    of  access  nor  will the Grantor permit access in the future
 5    to, from or over the above described premises from and to the
 6    public highways lying adjacent to said premises, said  public
 7    highways  excepting  access  to  and from the above-described

16    purposes  acquired  by the People of the State of Illinois is
17    released over and through the  following  described  land  in
