 1        AN ACT to amend the Regulatory Sunset Act.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Regulatory  Sunset  Act  is  amended  by
 5    adding Section 4.21 as  follows:

 6        (5 ILCS 80/4.21 new)
 7        Sec.  4.21.   Act  repealed  on  January  1,  2011.   The
 8    following Act is repealed on January 1, 2011:
 9        The Radiation Protection Act of 1990.

10        (5 ILCS 80/4.11 rep.)
11        Section  10.   The  Regulatory  Sunset  Act is amended by
12    repealing Section 4.11.

13        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
14    becoming law.
