1 AN ACT in relation to firearms.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Firearm Owners Identification Card Act is
5 amended by changing Section 11 as follows:
6 (430 ILCS 65/11) (from Ch. 38, par. 83-11)
7 Sec. 11. Administrative Review Law. All final
8 administrative decisions of the Department under this Act
9 shall be subject to judicial review under the provisions of
10 the Administrative Review Law, and all amendments and
11 modifications of the Administrative Review Law thereof, and
12 the rules adopted pursuant thereto. The term "administrative
13 decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil
14 Procedure.
15 The Director of State Police shall submit a report to the
16 General Assembly on March 1 of each year, beginning March 1,
17 1991, listing all final decisions by a court of this State
18 upholding, reversing, or reversing in part any administrative
19 decision made by the Department of State Police.
