1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Commerce and Community Affairs.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $700,000, or as much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community
8 Affairs for a grant to the village of New Grand Chain for the
9 development of a natural gas distribution system.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 2000.
