1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1425
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1425 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 27 and 28 with the following:
4 "to the public without charge for at least one day each week,
5 and, when"; and
6 on page 1, line 31, after "times.", by inserting the
7 following:
8 "During a 2-year period beginning on the effective date of
9 this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, any such
10 aquarium or museum must be open to the public without charge
11 for a period equivalent to 52 days, at least 6 of which must
12 be during the period from June through August, each year,
13 instead of at least one day each week."; and
14 on page 2, line 1, by replacing "provision" with "provisions
15 provision".
