1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1409
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1409, on page 2,
3 by inserting between lines 31 and 32 the following:
4 "(e) If at least one electronic criminal surveillance
5 officer is present at the scene of the emergency situation,
6 any other police officer involved in the response to the
7 emergency is authorized to overhear any oral communication
8 intercepted under this Section.".
