91_SB1288enr SB1288 Enrolled LRB9109794ACtm 1 AN ACT concerning liquefied petroleum gas. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Container Act is 5 amended by changing Section 6 as follows: 6 (430 ILCS 10/6) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5706) 7 Sec. 6. Violations. Any person who shall fail to comply 8 with any of the foregoing provisions of this Act shall be 9 deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, for which the fine 10 shall be not less than $1,000 and not more than $1,500 for 11 each offense. 12 (Source: P.A. 77-2554.) 13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 14 becoming law.
