1 AN ACT regarding Appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $350,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Department of Transportation for all costs
7 associated with construction, and rehabilitation of
8 Interstate 474 to Smithville Road.
9 Section 5. Effective Date. This Act becomes effective
10 on July 1, 1999.
