1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of
7 reimbursing the members of the Industrial Hemp Investigative
8 and Advisory Task Force for their necessary and reasonable
9 expenses.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
