1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1075
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1075 on page 19,
3 lines 30 through 32, by replacing "Any credit in excess of
4 the tax liability for the taxable year shall be refunded to
5 the taxpayer." with "In no event shall a credit under this
6 subsection reduce the taxpayer's liability under this Act to
7 less than zero."
