1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1039
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1039 on page 4,
3 line 10 by inserting after "employee" the following:
4 "; however, the policy may not require the employee to pay a
5 portion of the medical care in the case of any accidental
6 injury to which this Act applies"; and
7 on page 4, lines 23 and 24 by changing "of $100,000 and with"
8 to "and"; and
9 on page 16, line 9 by inserting after "employee" the
10 following:
11 "; however, the policy may not require the employee to pay a
12 portion of the medical care in the case of any disease or
13 disablement to which this Act applies"; and
14 on page 16, lines 22 and 23 by changing "of $100,000 and with
15 " to "and".
