91_SB1036eng SB1036 Engrossed LRB9105627DHmg 1 AN ACT concerning the Lieutenant Governor. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Illinois Commission on Community Service 5 Act is amended by changing Section 7 as follows: 6 (20 ILCS 710/7) 7 Sec. 7. Departmental transfer. On the effective date 8 of this amendatory Act of 1995, the authority, powers, and 9 duties in this Act of the Lieutenant Governor are transferred 10 to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs. 11 (Source: P.A. 89-84, eff. 7-1-95.)
