 1        AN  ACT  to  create the Emergency Telephone System Act of
 2    1999.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Emergency Telephone System Act of 1999.
