1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of Natural
2 Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $440,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Natural Resources for a grant to the City of Golconda for
8 the acquisition of 175 acres of land adjacent to the 250
9 acres of land owned by the Department known as Rauchfuss
10 Hill.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 1999.
