1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Commerce and Community Affairs.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $280,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Commerce and Community Affairs for a grant to the City of
8 Sesser to renovate and improve the Operahouse, including, but
9 not limited to, the addition of an elevator, meeting room,
10 and dinner theater.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 1999.
